It lets DoD customers order orbital or sub-orbital launch services for payloads ≥ 400 lb (≈ 181 kg) with a 12-to-24-month launch timeline, and can be accelerated for Tactically Responsive Space (TacRS) missions (like [[VICTUS HAZE]]). > [[OSP-4_Starts_Here (2).pdf|🔗 RFP]] 🔗 [GovTribe Link](https://govtribe.com/award/federal-vehicle/orbital-services-program-4) ![[Pasted image 20250803155409.png|300]] ## Activity ### Initial Contract Award - 10 Oct 2019 Rocket Lab’s **Electron** was one of eight vehicles on the original OSP-4 award, making the company eligible to compete for every task order. ### [[STP-S30]] Task Order - 8 Apr 2024 SSC awarded Rocket Lab a **$14.49 M** launch-service task order to fly **[[STP-S30]]** from LC-2 (Wallops, VA).
