The mission was Rocket Lab’s sixth launch for iQPS in 2025 alone (and seventh launch overall) to deploy the company’s constellation, highlighting the streamlined operational benefits and control over schedule that Rocket Lab’s launch service provides satellite operators. Rocket Lab is the primary launcher for iQPS’ commercial synthetic aperture radar (SAR) constellation, which is being developed and deployed at a rapid pace to provide high resolution and near-real time SAR imagery to its global users.
