**VICTUS HAZE** is part of the U.S. Space Force’s Tactically Responsive Space (TacRS) program, designed to test end-to-end rapid response capability. Rocket Lab is providing a customized [[Photon]] bus with rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO) hardware and autonomy stack, launched on [[Electron]].
