As the Vice President - Neutron, Shaun leads the development of the Neutron medium class launch vehicle and ground systems, directing a global program from concept through to flight. Neutron will launch constellations, high value payloads, and is designed to be human spaceflight capable.

Shaun previously oversaw the execution of Electron test and launch operations, development and operation of launch sites, safety assurance, launch licensing, and regulatory compliance programs to ultimately enable safe, frequent, and reliable launch.

While at Rocket Lab, Shaun has lead the site selection, design, development and operations of Rocket Lab's launch sites in USA and New Zealand including the world’s first private orbital launch range, Launch Complex 1 in Mahia, New Zealand. Shaun has been with the Rocket Lab team since 2014 and has held roles in engineering and leadership. Shaun holds a First Class Honors degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Sydney.
